Customers who are unsatisfied with purchases made through bernardchandran.com or BC Store are allowed to return the item(s) within 7 days of the order confirmation via email. We will review your request within 3 business days of its receipt, and respond to you.
These reasons will not be considered as valid for a return or exchange; “I have changed my mind” or “I don’t want it anymore”, or similar circumstances. All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval by our management team.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our return and exchange policy. Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and return in the exact condition upon purchased, with tags attached. For face masks, packaging must be unopened. Only original item(s) purchased through bernardchandran.com or BC Store or our flagship store will entitle you for a return or exchange.
For now, the BC face-masks will ONLY be sold online within Malaysia. Due to hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept returns on the BC face-masks. However, if you are NOT completely satisfied with your purchase and the items meet the return policy conditions, let us know immediately and you MUST return the product to us within 7 days of you receiving the purchased item for a refund, after contacting email@example.com.
Returning a BC Products item is only possible in the following cases:
You have received a faulty or defective item or in a condition different from the one stated on the website, or you have received an item different from the one you ordered.
An item can’t be refunded if any of the following conditions apply:
The return tag has been cut off from the item, or the item has been kept for more than 7 days after arrival, or the item has been used, worn, altered in any way or missing any of the accessories it came with, or the item has been sent back to us without prior notice. No item may be returned because of the customer’s personal preferences. To ask for a refund, exchange of a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after you have received the item by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items must be returned OR posted back to us, brand new, unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in the original packaging and with all the ‘BJC Creations Sdn Bhd’ and ‘BernardChandran’ designer garment tags attached untampered within 7 days of you receiving the purchased item, for a full refund. All items are NOT to be soaked. If the colour runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly NOT returnable. NB: This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable products provided on our Website.
All items must be received by BJC Creations Sdn Bhd in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
The ‘return shipping’ cost is borne by you, the customer. We at BJC Creations Sdn Bhd are NOT liable for any loss or damage that might incur to the parcel in transit, until we receive the parcel. Please provide us with the tracking number of your returned item.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your returned item to be processed. BJC Creations Sdn Bhd reserves the right to REJECT any return | exchange items and requests that fail to meet our requirements or policy. Your purchased item will then be sent back to you, and will be considered sold.
RETURN AT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE
In the event you prefer to return the product to our management office, you must ensure that agreement has been reached, by contacting or reaching us on email@example.com. The order will only be refunded within 7 business days of receipt of return less shipping fees which are chargeable to you.
During this COVID-19 Pandemic and due to the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) in Malaysia, all returns and exchanges must be conducted using a DIRECT COURIER SERVICE during weekdays and cannot be sent after 5pm.
While we will do everything we can to process requests, delays are to be expected; so please DO NOT verbally harass our staff. We are doing our very best during this trying times, and we will NOT tolerate harassment in any shape or form. We do however appreciate your patience and understanding on all matters regarding delivery, returns and exchanges.
