1. How do I return an item?
Return shipping: You may return an item with your preferred courier service. The ‘return shipping’ cost is borne by you, the customer. We at BJC Creations Sdn Bhd are NOT liable for any loss or damage that might incur to the parcel in transit, until we receive the parcel. Therefore, please ensure adequate insurance to cover your shipment. Please provide us with the tracking number of you return item at email@example.com
Return at the store: In the event you prefer to return the product to our management office at D1 & D2, Level 2, Fahrenheit 88, 179 Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you must ensure that an agreement has been reached, by contacting or reaching us on firstname.lastname@example.org. A refund will only be made within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item, less shipping fees which are chargeable to you, and subject to our ‘Terms & Conditions’.
2. How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Items returned to BJC Creations Sdn Bhd will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been successfully submitted, it CANNOT be cancelled or modified. Please refer to our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for more or complete information.
4. Are delivery charges refundable?
Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
5. When will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed within 3 business days.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Order will be delivered within Semenanjung Malaysia within 7 business days.
Order will be delivered within East Malaysia within 10 to 15 business days.
7. How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our logistics partner POS LAJU Malaysia.
8. Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?
You may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number along with the address provided at checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
9. I have not yet received my parcel within the 7 business days, who can I now contact?

10. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address the first time.
11. There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 3 business days.
12. I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?
