Returning an item is possible only in the following cases:

– You have received a faulty or defective item or in a condition different from the one stated on the website

– You have received an item different from the one you ordered

An item can’t be refunded if any of the following conditions apply:

– The return tag has been cut off from the item

– The item has been kept for more than 7 days after arrival

– The item has been used, worn, altered in any way or missing any of the accessories it came with

– The item has been sent back to us without prior notice

No item may be returned because of the customer’s personal preferences
